Changed your mind?

If you’ve changed your mind or ordered an item in error, you can request a return provided the goods are still in their original, unopened packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Business customers:

If your return is approved:

• we’ll arrange collection of the returned goods
• a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover our handling costs

Non-business customers:

You have a 14-day 'cooling off' period, from the day you receive your order—please contact us within this time if you'd like to request a return. Please note that:

• we’ll arrange collection of the returned goods
• your refund may be subject to deductions to help cover our handling costs

These items are non-returnable:

• bespoke or custom-made products
• bulk or large quantity of the same products
• goods that have been mixed with other items after their delivery
• unsealed goods that were originally sealed for health or hygiene reasons

How to request a return

Please contact our customer service team to request your return. We’ll require the following info:

• your order number
• confirmation that the goods are in original, resaleable condition
• number of parcels or pallets to be returned
• collection address and preferred dates/times
• name and phone number of the person overseeing the collection

Received faulty or incorrect goods?

If an item you’ve received is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with:

• your order number or reference
• a description of the issue
• photographic evidence where possible

We’ll review your request and, where appropriate:

• offer a replacement, repair or full refund
• arrange collection of the goods at no cost to you
