Large-scale warehouse project
THE OBJECTIVE
Our customer came to us with the request to design a large-scale pallet racking system with a smaller two-tier system, outfitted with a joining mezzanine floor and pallet gate for their vacant warehouse. The aim was to create an effective storage solution to make the most of the storage area whilst maximising productivity and enhancing operations.

THE PROJECT’S SUCCESS!
In just three weeks, our customer’s project progressed from order to installation! Tom was there every step of the way, ensuring everything ran smoothly and providing ongoing support throughout the project.
Given the nature of the goods being stored, we supplied pallet racking as a safe and cost-effective solution for storing palletised goods above ground level. We also installed a two-tier storage system, which doubled the customer’s storage capacity.
Additionally, Tom commissioned a custom safety barrier to create a pedestrian-safe walkway, specifically designed to meet the customer’s unique requirements.
