Rapid Racking were contacted by Little Village to assist with their project, in which they would be transforming a recently vacated Mercedes factory warehouse into their Wandsworth distribution centre.

Following on from previous, well delivered projects, MSA reached out to Rapid Racking with the task of designing a warehousing solution for their new, Yate based facility. MSA had some specific requests, including the delivery and installation of custom-coloured beams, which Rapid were able to acquire by placing a special order.

The main objective was simple, to design a storage system for a brand-new purpose-built warehouse for the future of Airbus Helicopters. The new warehouse was built to allow all operations to take place under one roof, instead of working out of four different units. With the aim to ensure a more streamlined and efficient service for their customers, this proved to be an exciting project for Airbus.

The project involved the installation of a storage solution in 10 different locations across Majestic Wines’ retail network. The team at Majestic was tasked with how to make better use of the space in their stores, particularly in their stockrooms. An assessment of the space in 200 stores was carried out and 10 key geographical areas were highlighted.

Our customer came to us with the request to design a large-scale pallet racking system with a smaller two-tier system, outfitted with a joining mezzanine floor and pallet gate for their vacant warehouse. The aim was to create an effective storage solution to make the most of the storage area whilst maximising productivity and enhancing operations. This project was well handled by our designer Tom, who was able to bring this vision to life with the help our of specialist fitting teams.
